Nirabari Bandyopadhyay has been associated with iLEAD since July 2018. Prior to this position she has worked as Social Media Marketing and brand manager in many companies in Kolkata since 2011.

She had her specialization on Cultural Politics of Male Body in Hindi Cinema. She had participated as speaker in many workshops on digital art. Along with that she has organized many heritage walks. She has a great interest in street photography.
