PS Group

PS Group is the primary promoter of iLEAD – the premier media and management school in Kolkata. During the last two and half decades, the group has established itself as one of India’s leading real estate developers. With a pan-India presence, it has effectively implemented over 120 projects in Kolkata and other parts of India (New Delhi, Chennai, Pune and Coimbatore).

PS Group has strong commitment towards the community, and has been a part of various Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, focusing mainly on educational projects. The company adopted two industrial training institutes - one for imparting real estate and construction related skills and the other for training physically challenged students. PS Group is also the chartered member of TIE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), an initiative started by Silicon Valley-based angel investors and venture capitalist such as Vinod Khosla and Sabir Bhatia among others to promote entrepreneurship worldwide.

Srijan

Srijan, a co-promoter of the institute is also involved in real estate development. Its record to sell almost 60 per cent of the properties in Kolkata during the last few years is a great achievement for any real estate marketing and broking firm. The company has also emerged as a real estate developer not only in Kolkata and its suburbs, but also in other parts of the country, particularly in South India. It has a marketing unit, N.K.Realtors Pvt. Ltd, and a film production unit, Srijan Arts Pvt. Ltd.
