Manish has been associated with iLEAD since July 2015, as Video Producer and Mentor. Prior to this he was working in the Film and Television industry since 2007.

He has been associated with several TV shows, Ad Films, Documentary Films and Feature Films projects in various capacities.

He has been associated with audio-visual projects under brands like BIG SYNERG, BBC WORLD INDIA, Peerless, Dettol Bangladesh, Priya Biscuit, Fevicol, Friend’s FM, Bengal DCL, etc. He has worked with in features films Bicycle Kick and Aranyadeb, directed by Debasish Sen Sharma as Assistant Director.

In iLEAD he has been the Associate Director for a documentary film on ‘Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology’ & ‘West Bengal Police’. He directed a documentary on ‘50 Years of MUSEO BUS’ for National Council for Science Museums and a corporate film for HIVE INDIA. He has also directed 100 episodes of a health based cookery show for iLEAD’s web Channel. As a part of ILEAD’s Out Reach Programme he conducted Saturday Club Design Class for students of Newtown School.

An avid theatre enthusiast he has worked as stagecraft designer for several theatre productions in Kolkata since 2005.
