Social and ecological change increasingly call on (profit-oriented) organizations to act. Under the purview of 'Social responsibility' of companies, they must respond to social, ecological and economic challenges. Not to mention the challenges of finding the right one first - Balanced Scorecards, EFQM, ISO? How do we also implement this as a small or medium-sized company?

To answer these questions and many more, a workshop was conducted at iLEAD following a mixed method of CSR theory, case studies, documentaries and many more from national and international experts like Mr. Alexander Herzner, Dr. Christian Frostner and Dr. Nayan Mitra in the two days workshop on Social Impact: the CSR and SDG Way.

The workshop enhances key potentials for productivity, efficiency, innovation and business excellence; and helps show your responsibility to key stakeholders like customers, investors, employees to name a few. It helps to verify and communicate your efforts in the fields of sustainable development and create a productive culture for innovation and find new business models or even new markets.
