iLEAD organized an interactive session called  "What's on your mind?" which was for the students to make them understand psychological traits and the path to success? The session was taken by Mr. Amit Sen who is an expert in counseling, handwriting analysis and in the area of judging character though facial expression. Mr. Sen is associated with National Institute of Behavioral Sciences. He holds a diploma in Clinical Psychology and Handwriting Analysis along with Masters in Social Work.

The activity for all was to write down a sentence on a piece of paper and attach their signature along with it. The sentence was "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog." This is a sentence comprises of all alphabets from A to Z. The participants in the session were instructed to keep the paper with them and try to analyze their handwritings as per the instructions of Mr. Sen.

He informed how Human brain is the most amazing creation of nature, how hands execute symbolic analysis of human brain, through different styles of handwriting.

The definition of success according to Mr. Sen is achieving priorities, happiness, appreciating self achievement and rectification of mistakes.

Success is intangible and human beings strive hard to achieve it. He even demonstrated the ideal notions of a perfect handwriting for achieving professional success.

The session ended with a note where the mentors and students learnt a lot about how to utilize our brain to achieve success and happiness in life.
