Orientation marks the beginning of a great time that students look forward to. Much like every year, iLEAD has kept up to its expectations of arranging a fun-filled Orientation ceremony for the new set of parents and students who took admission to this prestigious institute this year, which stretched for four days between 3rd to 6th August.

The first day saw parents assembling in the auditorium for a brief session on getting acquainted with the rules and regulations of the campus from the evening. The welcome address being over, the presentations followed one by one- first by the Principal, then the HOD (Academics), Manager (Corporate Relations), Head of iLEAD studio and others. In order to settle down with a new environment and learn how effective the growing and learning process is, the new parents interacted freely with few from past batches. The session got over shortly, but not before a hi-tea meet.

From the next day, young and smiling faces started pouring in as it was the start of their new journey that everyone looks forward to- college life. Students' orientation began from 4th, which was quite similar to the session held the previous day. The beginning of the academic year should always be an interesting one and the post-lunch session stood testimony for the same. iLEAD's Executive Director, Ms. Pragya Chopra took the session forward with the quiz ceremony, the results of which were announced the next day.

The 3rd day or Day 2 for Students' Orientation began on a great note after students were curious to know the results of the quiz show held the other day. What awaited them after the recess was a big surprise- Introduction of Faculty and Non-teaching staff members. Once that got over, the Shutterbug activity began, followed by a series of interesting activities, including Management games, Case Study and Group Discussion, conducted by the Executive Director again.

The week finally came to a close with the last day (6th) being the most grand one. The case evaluation being over, the Student Council members and clubs were announced, followed by the oath taking ceremony. And just like every good thing comes to an end, the evening was a splendid one as students geared up for the jam session with bands and DJs adding to the fun quotient.

iLEAD's Orientation Week was filled with moments to remember, particularly for the newly enrolled students. One can only hope that the journey for the next few years will be interesting in much the same way.
