"Family is not an important thing. It's everything." - And iLEAD believes strongly in this saying by Michael J. Fox. To mark a day dedicated to families, iLEAD organised a Family Picnic Day for the employees on January 5th 2019.

The day was a memorable one. It started off with a long drive from Kolkata to Baruipur, Baganbari. A day out in the plush green environment was enjoyed with full vigor by everyone. Each employee took part in various activities and games. They were at their competitive best. Badminton, football and cricket were played.

There were various table games. Employees also took part enthusiastically in the game of antaskhari, memories of which will be cherished for a long time in the coming days.

The invited families were given tours of the beautiful organic farming locations and the children of the employees showed their talent in their favourite games. The kids were also awarded for being sportive.

There were some great selfie zones that encouraged everyone to get the picture perfect groupfies and selfies.

As a souvenir of the event, mementos were given out to employees and participants in the games.

All in all, it was a quality day spent with friends and family that created a treasure of memories.
