To ensure wellness of the employees, iLEAD took the initiative to conduct an annual health checkup of all the employees in the campus.

The health screening took place in collaboration with AMRI Hospitals. It included checkup of blood pressure, blood sugar, weight and dental health.

Consultation facilities with a doctor was also available. All the employees were given suggestions with regards to their health issues.

The initiative helped detect any diseases and risk factors associated with health at an early level aiming to ensure a quality life at work and home.
