iLEAD organized a discussion forum on SWAYAM online courses. SWAYAM is a program initiated by Government of India in association with the Ministry of Human Resource Development and All India Council for Technical Education. iLEAD can now create new and innovative content for the SWAYAM online platform in graduate and postgraduate levels of professional education.

The session mentored by iLEAD faculties Ms Subha Das Mollick, Ms Mom Mitra and Mr Archan Mitra was attended by academic representatives of various institutions and iLEAD. SWAYAM helps teachers to correctly asses and analyze the merit, depth, interest and performance of a student in a particular academic area.
