iLEAD organized a career awareness program in association with Shiksha Solutions, a premier social organization working on developing the career horizon of students coming from deprived terrains of West Bengal. The aim of this program was to increase the knowledge of the high school students regarding various career options after high school education. Students from West Point School, Darjeeling participated in this educational tour and career awareness program.

The program was held from 27th June to 29th June 2018. iLEAD Chairman, Mr. Pradip Chopra, through his insights guided the students on career planning and process to build a strong professional career. Students were also shown "1971: India's Finest Hour", a film on the Bangladesh Liberation War of 1971. Among various other activities, the students were also taken on a city tour where they visited important places like Victoria Memorial, Birla Planetarium and also recreational spots like Aquatica.
