The CREDAI Bengal Women's Wing organized an awareness session in association with iLEAD on Fundamentals of Real Estate. The workshop was conducted by PS Group and iLEAD Chairman, Mr. Pradip Chopra. Mrs. Indu Patodia organized the workshop on behalf of the CREDAI Bengal Women's Wing. Some of the topics covered in the discussion were Realty Strategy, Construction Industry Myths, legal and marketing aspects and much more. He even emphasized how Real Estate Management attracts great revenue and how it is one of those rare varieties of modern world business where one can have great financial returns without initial capital. Some of the terms explained in the session were Realtor, Residential Complex, Foundation of Building, Floor Casting, Common Constructed Area, Sanction Plan, Mutation, Conversion of Land Measurements, Affidavit, Central Business District, Conveyance and Co-Ownership and much more. The need for Green Buildings and ways to deal with pollution were also discussed. The participants of the session carried back enriched awareness on the fascinating scopes in Real Estate.
