iLEAD organized the inter-college sports fest in February 2021. From 15th to 19th February 2021, the most popular sports fest, Adrenaline 2021, took place at the iLEAD Sports Complex.

Students in large numbers participated in the games of cricket, football, kabaddi, fitness mania. There were also indoor games like table tennis and pool.
