On September 29th 2022, ESEDS and iLEAD organized a unique event to celebrate the occasion of Durga Puja.

The event witnessed the journey of the two iconic characters of ‘Apu’ and ‘Durga’ from Satyajit Ray’s ‘Pather Panchali’ to various parts of Kolkata in order to visit the Durja Puja pandals.

Their journey start from the famous Kumortoli to the Salt Lake city area wherein they travelled together to witness the majestic idols of Goddess Durga.

The event focused on the Bengali culture, attire and celebrated the most celebrated festival of Bengal, the Durga Puja.
